It's a frequent query and really depends on individual preference. Gas is more user-friendly and cleaner, while charcoal offers a unique flavor.

Do you handle assembly and set-up of products?
We can deliver and install for locations within a day’s drive (free deliveries within Hua Hin). For farther locations, we can pre-assemble and ship your purchase. While we don’t charge for assembly, additional shipping costs may apply.

We stock cutlery, thermometers, and cleaning tools among other accessories.

We recommend high-quality products, predominantly from Balistol, a German brand known for its natural ingredients. Do consult our team for more detailed advice.

How can I make payments?
For in-store purchases, we accept a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to delivery. Online purchases require full payment upfront through bank transfer or credit card.
What's the delivery time frame?
For in-stock products within Thailand, we usually deliver within a week. If items are out of stock, furniture might take 4-6 weeks, and for BBQs, please inquire directly.
Do you have a return policy?
While we primarily abide by our warranty, return requests are assessed individually.
Can I track my online order?
Currently, we don't offer order tracking. However, we're always looking into ways to enhance customer experience.
Do you ship internationally?
